The Development Application for a large format retail (LFR) centre was re-lodged in early 2023 with an increased mixed used floor space of approximately 28,000m2. Bulk earthworks were completed June 2023, and the soon to be Life and Home Morisset Centre has already secured amazing retailers such as Bunnings, Genesis Health & Fitness, Oz Education Early Learning Centres, Hungry Jacks, Pet Quaters, Oporto and more.

The site is located approximately 2km west of the Morisset town centre and is within 500m of the Pacific Motorway, which provides convenient connections to the Newcastle (30km north-east) and Tuggerah (20km south). Rail access to Sydney and Newcastle is via the Morisset Station which is located within the town centre.

Morisset has historically been a high growth region with attractive attributes and, with a range of significant developments in the pipeline, it is well positioned to continue to grow.
