His background as Founder and Director of CVG Finance, means he has a strong and detailed understanding of the feasibility and structure required to make a deal and development a success. Paul has taken his expertise in development funding and applied it directly to his portfolio which has led to significant success in the property development sector. With a focus on outcome driven results, Paul specialises creating strategic opportunities for the business. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Newcastle. Paul’s experience as a broker, business owner and director combined with his strong work ethic and commercial acumen enable him to deliver value for Winarch Capital.
